But the only people who stood to lose when we had our incident were a) my husband and b) everybody within a five-mile radius of his low-blood-sugary charm.

Apparently a lot of people had a bad time that evening because, a few days later I got a nice letter from the head manager and a coupon for a free pizza.

I’m intrigued that your story continues.

I am sorry your kids had such a bad night. I do work insurance in a customer service capacity so you should have been treated much better. I hate to say this but from what I have observed when the customer service job doesn’t pay much the people who work there are usually mindless slackers. Chin up honey, it’ll get better!

It didn’t help that the customer service of this pizza place sucked big time with a rude, and ineffective staff… including the management.
